For the first printing where there was a full plate plug above the second stamp and a partial plug below position
59. After this printing the top plug was removed and replaced the lower one. The plate plug continually
deteriorated from the original full plug. One can use the changes to determine the printing date. The stamps
below show the progression of the damage to the plate plugs from 1937 to 1953.
